Police in America have removed at least 74 cats from a camper truck in Washington State.
The abandoned vehicle was parked outside a regional medical centre in Auburn.
Authorities say a man had been living in the camper with the cats for the past five weeks so he could be closer to his girlfriend who was in the hospital at the time.
Officers are now considering filing animal cruelty charges against the man.
The Humane Society hope to nurse the cats back to health so they can be put up for adoption.
