Mark Browning, Managing Director, ITN Productions said: ‘The addition of two new partners extends the reach of the Premium News Network, creating a larger network of websites for advertisers to reach attractive audiences globally.
‘We look forward to delivering Iliffe News & Media and The Daily Mash users a wide range of video content through a proven technology and advertising solution.’
Andy Gough, Managing Director of Iliffe Digital said: ‘The inclusion of up to the minute news and sports video items from ITN and the range of other material available has helped add greater depth and credibility to what is already a compelling content offering for our users.
‘We have a strongly growing audience registering some really impressive dwell time statistics across our sites. The addition of the ITN material has certainly helped us deliver a fully rounded one-stop news, sports and information service to the citizens within the communities we serve.’
Neil Rafferty, Editor of The Daily Mash added: “We are really pleased to be joining forces with ITN to bring our readers the actual news, thereby ensuring they cannot mistake the Daily Mash for the actual news, which would not be good for anyone.”
‘The combination of ITN’s premium content with blinkx’s award-winning advertising platform and next generation HD player offers an unparalleled opportunity for advertisers,’ said Suranga Chandratillake, founder and CEO of blinkx. ‘We can deliver premium content, strategic distribution and cutting edge ad serving technology in a single, streamlined offering that guarantees both brand visibility and brand safety.’
