How are my comments handled?
Every comment about our programme is dealt with by the relevant news department and will be passed on to an editor. Where appropriate we will contact you to answer your query or address any complaint.

Does ITN run visits to its studios?
Unfortunately ITN is not able to offer visits to its headquarters.

Who runs ITN?
ITN is an independent company, currently owned by four shareholders: ITV PLC(40%), Daily Mail and General Trust(20%), Reuters(20%), and United Business Media(20%). With senior ITN executives they make up the Board of Directors of the company.
Day to day the company is run by an executive team, including the Chief Executive, Finance Director and Director of Business Affairs.
Each of ITN's news services - ITV News, ITV London News, Channel 4 News, More4 News, Setanta Sports News and ITN On - are run by a dedicated editor, who works in conjunction with ITN management and the commissioning editor at the relevant channel they make their programmes for. Each of ITN's business units - ITN Source, ITN On, ITN Consulting, ITN Factual has its own senior manager, and senior managers look after further areas such as Corporate Communications and Technology.

When you contact us via email, you provide us with your email address. This is only used to reply to you when necessary and will not be used for any other communications, not related to your enquiry.
3. What are cookies and do we use them?
