Coleen pips Posh to fashion crown

Coleen McLoughlin has beaten Victoria Beckham in a poll of the nation's top fashion role models.

Just five years after being propelled to fame as an anorak-wearing schoolgirl, the 21-year-old has been voted more influential than fellow Wag, Posh.

Supermodel Kate Moss, 34, takes second place, followed by actress Sienna Miller, in the poll.

Ali Hall, editor of fashion magazine Look, said: ""Women relate to her as she's more shapely than your average Wag.

"She's not afraid to try out the latest trends but will hold her hands up and admit she gets it wrong sometimes. Now all she needs to do is give Wayne a makeover."

Posh Spice, 33, is fourth in the poll while Girls Aloud star and fellow Wag Cheryl Cole, 24, is fifth.

Kylie Minogue, 39, is sixth in the survey, followed by singer Gwen Stefani, 38, and Atonement actress Keira Knightley, 23.

Singer-turned-TV host Lily Allen, 22, and Angelina Jolie, 32, complete the top ten.
