Police said he died from a single gunshot wound to the back.

A 19-year-old man arrested shortly after the shooting is being questioned at a south London police station.

Police believe the intended victims of the Walworth shooting could hold the key to identifying the gunman and his accomplices.

Detectives are hunting two young black men who rushed inside the Costcutter shop in a bid to escape the armed moped-riding gang.

As they ducked for cover, at least two shots were fired towards the shop, fatally wounding Mr Bravo.

Officers are also searching for up to five male suspects who drove away on three mopeds and may have been prowling the area for some time looking for their victims.

The victim's mother, Elfrida Kiffin, said he was a loving brother, partner and son who was already dearly missed.

Superintendent Victor Olisa, who is based in Southwark, said: "We appeal to anyone out there who may have some information, however small you may think it to be, to come forward and tell us what you know."

Mr Bravo is the 22nd teenager to die violently in the capital this year.
