The incentives proposed by the United States, China, Russia, Germany, Britain and France was presented to Iran last month in a bid to resolve a dispute over Tehran's nuclear ambitions.

The world powers have said negotiations on the offer can start as soon as Iran suspends uranium enrichment

The package of incentives include civilian nuclear cooperation as well as wider trade in aircraft, energy, high technology and agriculture.

The world powers have said negotiations on the offer can start as soon as Iran suspends uranium enrichment.

Iran's chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, said they had prepared their response by concentrating on common ground between the two sides and with a constructive and creative outlook.

Iran has repeatedly rejected U.N. demands to halt enriching uranium, which can be used as fuel for power plants or provide material for weapons if refined much more.
