A bridge weighed down with snow has collapsed in Turkey, injuring one person.

A high street student was wounded when the pedestrian bridge in the central province of Corum gave way.

Security cameras captured the moment the bridge collapsed.

The student apparently suffered light injuries in the incident and was taken to hospital.

The cause of the bridge's collapse is still being investigated but officials said repair work is already underway.
