A wildfire has erupted in Los Angeles, threatening a number of homes in the upscale Bel Air neighbourhood.
The fires broke out in the Sepulveda Pass, sending a massive plume of smoke up and over the mountains.
At least two acres have burned so far, but the fires could spread quickly due to all the dry brush in the area.
Fire crews have been working to contain the blaze, using both helicopters and airplanes to dump water on the flames.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
No injuries have been reported.
