The singer also stripped to a black bra to reveal the name of the band written on her back.
Three members of Pussy Riot are currently on trial, accused of inciting religious hatred, after staging a protest in Moscow's main cathedral against Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Maria Alyokhina, 24, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, 22, and Yekaterina Samutsevich, 29, could face up to seven years in jail.
Speaking to the crowd at the concert on her MDNA tour on Tuesday, Madonna said: "I think that they have done something courageous."
