One person has been confirmed dead and three injured following a Radiohead stage collapse in Canada.
Final soundchecks were being performed on the structure in Toronto ahead of the band's show on June 16, when part of the stage crashed down.
The band were not in the area at the time.
Tony Vella from Toronto's Police department said: "We were expecting a number of people in the park today. They were setting up, when the top portion of the stage collapsed on top of them.
"My understanding is there were a number of people on that stage. Unfortunately, four people were hurt. The remainder of the people when they heard the stage coming down ran from the area."
The show was cancelled, and investigators are still trying to work out what caused the disaster.
