The mother of four-year-old Dylan Cecil, who fell into the sea while on holiday in Somerset, has spoken of her pain over losing her son.

Rachel McCollom says she is "devastated".

She added: "I just can't rest at the moment until he is back. I haven't got closure. He's still lost.

"What can I do? He went under, I jumped in straight away, as did his dad.

"We both got took in (sic) by the whirlpool. I don't know. He just went straight under, he never even came back up for air."
