Jimmy Carr may be feeling the pressure from ministers and the media over his legal tax avoidance, but he is not safe from his fellow comics either.
The star came under fire after it emerged he paid just one per cent income tax using the K2 Channel Islands tax scheme.
Whilst not illegal, the move has been branded immoral, something the acid-tongued comedian has since apologised for.
Among the comedians to lay in to their fellow performer, Charlie Brooker has lampooned both Carr and Prime Minister David Cameron, saying he would only like to give one per cent of his opinion on the topic, before adding that would be very useful if the PM became a 24-hour television arbiter of what is and is not immoral.
