Customers of Natwest bank are reporting problems accessing their accounts, with balances not being updated and online services not working properly.
Users have taken to Twitter, with some complaining they have not been paid and concerned they will not be able to access their accounts until after the weekend.
Natwest have posted a message on their website apologising for the inconvenience, adding: "We are currently experiencing some technical issues which means that account balances have not been updated, and are still showing a balance from yesterday. Some services are also unavailable online."
The bank says it is working hard to fix the issue.
