The pair were videoed by the FA website splashing around following their opening Group D game.

The England team also exercised while FA scientists monitored their performance ahead of Friday’s game against Sweden.

A training session was held at the Hutnik Stadium in Krakow, however Martin Kelly missed it entirely because of a lingering virus.

Fellow fullback Ashley Cole left early due to his ongoing ankle injury.

England face Sweden on Friday, at the Olympic Stadium in Kiev. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
