The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are understood to be considering their options after a Danish magazine said it planned to publish more topless pictures of Kate.

Se & Hoer, a weekly celebrity magazine in Denmark, announced on its website it will print the photographs in a 16-page supplement on Thursday.

The publication's editor in chief Kim Henningsen has said the magazine wants to show Denmark's entertainment fans "what these photos are all about".

Kate and William are currently on their way home from a nine-day Diamond Jubilee tour of South-East Asia and the South Pacific, but their trip has been largely overshadowed by the media frenzy over the images.

A St James's Palace source said: "We are aware of the plans of a Danish magazine to publish further images.

"All options are under consideration at the moment."

It comes as the couple succeeded in getting an injunction from a French court which has stopped France's Closer magazine - which was first to publish the pictures - from printing further intimate images of the Duchess or selling them.
