A French court has granted an injunction banning further publication of topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.
The Tribunal de Grande Instance in Nanterre, Paris, ordered the publisher of gossip magazine Closer to hand over all digital copies of the pictures.
Under the ruling, Closer cannot publish the images, taken in the south of France, any further, including on its website and tablet application.
If the French magazine breaches the injunction it will be fined 10,000 euros (£8,070) for each day the ruling is not respected.
Tuesday's ruling only affects the French publisher.
