Ben Ainslie sailed his boat Rita down the Thames to celebrate his Olympic gold medal win on Thursday, before the vessel goes on display.
The 35-year-old sailed along the river past iconic landmarks including the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
The boat will later be installed at the National Maritime Museum in Cornwall.
Ainslie became the most successful sailor in Olympic history when he won his fourth gold medal at London 2012 and will now focus on the biggest race in sailing, 2013 America's Cup.
