Mo Farah: These medals will go to my twin daughters

Report by Sam Datta-Paulin

Long-distance runner Mo Farah says his two Olympic medals will go to his unborn twin daughters.

The Team GB athlete took gold in the 10,000m and 5,000m, becoming only the seventh man to do so, and the first Brit.

Speaking at a press conference after the race, he said he had wanted to give one of the medals to one of his daughters, but now he did not have to pick which.

He said of his impromptu celebrations with Usain Bolt, who won Jamaica the 4x100m relay whilst doing his signature "Mobot" celebration: "Usain Bolt broke the world record doing the Mobot.

"Can you believe that?"

Farah responded in kind by performing Bolt's signature "lightning Bolt".

Bolt then had his photo taken with Mo's daughter, which he desribed as "making her day".
