Team GB's showjumpers have won the gold medal in the Olympic team competition after a dramatic jump-off at Greenwich Park.
It was Britain's first Olympic showjumping title for 60 years, and came after Team GB and the Netherlands finished tied.
All four team members - Nick Skelton, Ben Maher, Scott Brash and Peter Charles - then rode again in front of a capacity 23,000 crowd.
Skelton, who has competed in six Games, said: "After I broke my neck in 2000, that was the goal, to get back to Athens, and I did it because I had a very good horse.
"Then I got this horse (Big Star) as a five-year-old and that was the goal to come here. The horse gave me inspiration to go on.
"When you have a horse as good as he is, you get up every day and look forward to riding him."
He added: "We couldn't have done it anywhere better than London for us. I want to thank the crowd - they were outstanding, they were behind every one of us and without them I don't think it would have been possible."
