London Mayor Boris Johnson has met with British troops drafted in as Olympics security back-up in the wake of the G4S scandal.
The London Mayor watched the rowing with some of the 2,000 Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force personnel now based at Tobacco Dock in east London.
Boris seemed to enjoy the sporting event, although was a little confused, thinking Team GB had won when they had just reached the half way line.
When asked how he thought the Games had gone so far Johnson said: "It's been a Himalayan range of high points, I hardly dare single out one particular peak".
