London Mayor Boris Johnson has told reporters of the Queen's excitement at her acting debut during the Olympic opening ceremony.
Her Majesty performed alongside Daniel Craig as James Bond in a specially filmed feature, which saw the two board a helicopter which then appeared for real above the stadium, before two people dressed as the pair parachuted out.
Speaking on a tour of the Olympic Park, Johnson said the Queen was "thrilled" at her debut, and was looking forward to finding out if people had enjoyed it.
He added that he was not sure if she would act again, or be nominated for an Oscar for the performance, but she had thoroughly enjoyed herself.
