Beyonce has given us a sneak peek of her Super Bowl rehearsals by releasing a video diary online.

The singer can be seen practicing with her band as three backing singers share their excitement about the upcoming performance.

The 31-year-old singer will take center field at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, Louisiana, for the National Football League championship game between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens at the Superdome on Sunday, February 3rd.

Meanwhile, at Beyonce's Super Bowl news conference on Thursday the singer explained why she decided to lip sync at President Barack Obama's inauguration.

She said she decided to sing to a pre-recorded track because she did not have time to practice.
