X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that she copes with her three very different acts on the show by having "split personalities".

The former Pussycat Doll says: "I can switch heads and be like one person dealing with this artist, switch gears and work with Rylan a certain way and Jahmene a certain way."

Nicole was speaking at the Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London, where she picked up the Fun, Fearless Female gong.

The 34-year-old, who was wearing a stunning white, knee-length dress, also revealed that her ultimate women are her mum, sister Mary J Blige and Sharon Osbourne.

Explaining her reasons for choosing Sharon, Nicole said: "She's the first person who believed in me for the X Factor".
