K-pop boyband SHINee arrive in Hong Kong

Report by Rob Gillett

Korean boyband SHINee have played in Hong Kong as part of their SHINee World II tour.

It is the first time K-pop's answer to One Direction have played in the country.

Speaking before the show at the Asia Expo Arena on Sunday, leader of SHINee, Onew, said: "SHINee has arrived in Hong Kong to see all of our fans.

"We have prepared an exciting show for you all.

"I hope the fans will give us lots of applause and warm feedback."

In the three hour show, SHINee performed close to 30 songs including their hits Lucifer, Amigo and Ring Ding Dong.

The boys have been on tour since July and have shows coming up in Thailand and Singapore.
