Skyfall: The James Bond cast talk 007

Report by Louise Hulland

The new James Bond movie is being hailed as the 'best ever James Bond film'.

As fans gear up for the release of Skyfall, the cast are immensely proud of the movie which is released in the 50th year of the James Bond franchise.

Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Javier Bardem have all been interviewed in the run up to the movie's release and are excited about the very special film.

Craig - who has played Bond three times now - admits he still has a lot to learn, saying: "You think you know what you're doing then you realise that you don't!

"It's still rewarding. It's still fun. I still get a huge kick out of it".

Javier Bardem, who plays Silva, says he couldn't refuse the role: "You go, 'Now it's time for me'.

"And of course it's a great privilege to belong to a great James Bond movie".

Dame Judi Dench was thrilled with the very British Bond, saying, "It's wonderful that this has come out in a Jubilee year, and the year of the Games and everything, because [the film] is very essentially British."
