Liam Neeson has been quoted this week as saying "60 is the new 40" and he certainly proves that in his new film, Taken 2.
The hard-man actor also says that even though he is getting on a bit, fighting scenes are still like second-nature to him.
"I like doing that stuff, I must admit," said the 60-year-old actor.
"I keep pretty fit as a rule in life and with these films, you have to get back in the gym on a very very regular basis.
"I just keep practicing, you know, so when you get on the floor to do the actual fighting sequences it becomes like second nature."
Neeson's physical capabilities have had an effect on his colleagues too.
The film's director, Olivier Megaton said: "I would like to be even half of what he is when I am 60."
Taken 2 sees Neeson's character dealing with the fallout from the first movie.
He killed a lot of bad guys in Taken and now the family members of all those dead gangsters are seeking revenge, and they get it by targeting his ex-wife.
The film is out in UK cinemas now.
