He's got a big job ahead of him this week as he fights for a place in the live shows of the X Factor, but Christopher Maloney is enjoying his experience on the show.

He was left gutted when he didn't make it past Judges' Houses, however Christopher was given a second chance when he was made a wild card.

He's now up against Amy Mottram, Adam Burridge and Times Red for one last place in the contest.

However Christopher's been keeping positive, and has been talking about meeting Cheryl Cole - who joined mentor Gary Barlow when he was making his final decisions.

He said: "She is amazing, yeah. She's great. She's only dead small, she's dead small.

"As soon as she saw me she said, 'Oh I love Scousers'. She was very nice, very calm and calmed me down."
