Arnold Schwarzenegger has released a trailer for his new autobiography, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story.

The video sees the Austrian actor chart his journey from "the strongest and most muscular man in the world", to the "Terminator and then Governator".

The book also addresses the 2011 scandal that derailed his marriage after news surfaced that he secretly fathered a child with a housekeeper, with Arnie saying: "This is the story you know. Are you ready for the story you don't?"

The revelations led the couple to start divorce proceedings ending their 25-year marriage, and brought media ridicule for the Terminator star.

Since ending his term as Republican governor, he has returned to the big screen with movies like The Expendables 2, and has five more films in the pipeline.
