Police have released CCTV of Lindsay Lohan's alleged hit-and-run incident in New York.

The video puports to show the SUV pulling up from a driveway to either clip or barely miss a pedestrian.

Lilo was arrested on Wednesday for leaving the scene of an accident in Lower Manhattan.

Her latest brush with the law started shortly before 2.30am when she drove her black 2010 Porsche into an alley between the Maritime Hotel and Dream Hotel on West 16th Street.

Lohan's vehicle clipped a 34-year-old man, the NYPD alleged, without elaborating.
