Philip Treacy talks Lady Gaga and Michael Jackson at LFW

Report by Lauren Hood

Milliner Philip Treacy was delighted to have pop superstar Lady Gaga open his fashion show at London Fashion Week.

The designer, known for his spectacular hats, said: "It was hilarious to have Gaga as Isabella opening the show and it was all her idea."

He added: "She's super talented."

His show also featured items of Michael Jackson's clothing and Philip explains how he got his hands on them after becoming friendly with some auctioneers in America:

"I called them up and said, 'Is there any possibility of borrowing Michael Jackson's glove?' and they said 'We're selling all his clothes in September, would you like them' and I said 'Yes'."
