Speaking before the first UK screening of his latest film, Killing Them Softly, Brad Pitt revealed he enjoyed making the movie in such a short amount of time.
Pitt said: "We mounted it in literally a couple of months. We wrote it in 3 weeks, we shot it in 6 weeks, cut it in 9 weeks. So, it was really fun to attack a film in that way."
Brad plays Jackie Cogan, an enforcer hired to hunt down two petty criminals who rob a poker game.
The actor, who is currently living in the UK, also paid tribute to his co-stars, adding: "There are some great performances in here, James Gandolfini, Ray Liotta, Richard Jenkins. It was great for me to watch."
Killing Them Softly is released September 19.
