X Factor's Melanie Masson had all four judges on their feet, after she covered Janis Joplin's classic Cry Baby for her audition.

Melanie wasn't expecting that reaction, she says: "I'm a classic artist, with a sixties and seventies vibe, and a bit of a hippy mum.

"I thought they would say you are good but not right for this show. I was so shocked and so happy when they all said yes."

Melanie had Tulisa, Louis, Gary and Anastacia raving how she has a big future ahead.

She got four yes's which means she is through to boot camp.
