Actor Keanu Reeves says he and Alex Winter are ready to make a third movie about time-travelling dudes Bill and Ted.

The original film Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure became a cult classic after its release in 1989 and was followed in 1991 with the sequel Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.

Now more than 20 years later Reeves hopes to bring the characters back for a third outing and says a script for the the, as yet untitled movie, has already been completed.

But although there is a storyline, so far, no producers or studio have signed on to make the film with Reeves.
