Hollywood star Colin Farrell has spoken about what it was like to kiss Kate Beckinsale in Total Recall, while her husband, director Len Wiseman watched.

"It was one of the more uncomfortable things I’ve done in the last 12 years of doing films. Someone asked me what was harder - fighting Kate or kissing her, while her husband watched, it was definitely kissing her.

"We quickly moved from that scene, and he didn't give me much direction either," he added.

Colin Farrell is currently starring in the remake of Total Recall alongside Kate Beckinsale, which is out in cinemas nationwide.
