Nicola Roberts has revealed what her bandmate, Cheryl Cole, was like to dress for her new TV show Styled To Rock.

"Well obviously she is my best friend, so I had to make sure she was taken care of. There were times when the designers would show her stuff and I could tell by her face what she was thinking," Nicola said.

Cheryl will feature on the new Sky Living HD show alongside other big names including Pixie Lott, The Saturdays and Little Mix.

Nicola added: "At times I felt stuck in the middle. We did have loads of fun though."

Styled To Rock airs on August 14.
