Tito Jackson Junior has been named the new legal guardian of the children of the late Michael Jackson.
A court in LA has granted him temporary guardianship of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket after concerns were raised as to the whereabouts of the children's grandmother.
Katherine Jackson has been their guardian since the singer's death in 2009, but over the last week reports of a serious conflict within the family have emerged.
The Jackson family matriach had been reported missing, and concerns grew as 14-year-old Paris tweeted that she had not seen her grandmother and wanted to speak to her.
There have since been confused reports from the Jackson clan as to the whereabouts of Katherine, though pictures have now emerged of her in Arizona with family.
Police had been called to Mrs Jackson's home on Monday after a "minor scuffle", and CCTV footage of a heated discussion between Janet and Paris has also hit the media.
In the hearing Judge Mitchell Beckloff also stated the children cannot be moved from the state of California.
