Robert Pattinson has lifted the lid on being a vampire dad at Comic Con in San Diego.

Speaking to reporters whilst publicising The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2, he said: "I don't really do too much dad stuff, because Mackenzie is 11 years old in about 20 minutes. So I'm kind of, I'm just letting her... She doesn't even need a babysitter at three months."

Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart's character Bella turns into a vampire at the conclusion of the last film, and says she was glad to finally make the change on-screen: "I did get to see everyone be vampires for a very long time.

And I'm kind of glad too. Because I think Bella is a very developed, very well-rounded vampire."

The final film hits cinemas in November.
