Kim Kardashian and Kanye West affectionately cuddled each other as they sat on the front row at the Valentino couture show.

Kanye West didn't talk to the press but Kim Kardashian told reporters: " I'm excited to see Valentino, I'm a huge fan of his designs, and I have been for a while. I kind of grew up with my mum wearing Valentino, so having some of her vintage pieces now are so special to me. I'm excited to see the show today."

Kardashian wore one of her mother's vintage Valentino gowns to the White House Correspondent's Dinner in 2010.

Nicky Hilton was also in attendance and said: "I was by chance in London, so I took the train over for the show."

The collection's go-to colour was a chic midnight blue, a colour Maria Grazia and Pierpaolo Piccioli felt expressed intimacy, as compared with the expressivity of the iconic Valentino red.
