The Amazing Spider-Man has landed in Los Angeles for its final premiere, with the film's lead admitting that the promotional whirlwind had taken its toll.
"I'm excited. I'm really excited and tired and happy. So, so happy. My feet are hurting. Sorry, my feet are hurting a little bit. These shoes are like a half a size too small but they're beautiful shoes. Aren't they beautiful?" Andrew Garfield told reporters on the red carpet.
"They are Balenciaga of Paris. I'm losing my mind during this very interview. I'm having a great time. I'm having a wonderful, wonderful time," he then added.
Meanwhile, his on, and off-screen, girlfriend Emma Stone said she was happy to stop talking about the movie and her role as Gwen Stacy and just let people see it.
"It's amazing to be at the final stop. It's really exciting and it's so close to the movie coming out, which is great. And you just kind of want it to come out and for people to just hopefully see it and like it. And you want to stop talking about it, sort of. Just go see it!" she said.
The film opens in the US and UK on 3 July.
