On the red carpet in Los Angeles, Charlie Sheen has been talking about how excited he is to be working on new television show Anger Management.

He said: "It is getting back to work for something you are passionate for. I lost the passion for the other thing. We have our work cut out for us, 90 shows in two years. Two a week."

The former Two And A Half Men star added that he believes his fans will not be disappointed.

"It is not about the hype," said Sheen. "I think we are going to give the people what they want. Something good, something smart, something funny."

The show premieres on the FX cable network on June 28.
