The new series of Geordie Shore: Chaos in Cancun has a few surprises in store for viewers, including a proposal.

Star of the show Ricci Guarnaccio gets down on his very tanned knee to co-star Vicky Pattison asking for her very tanned hand in marriage.

They both said it was "a very special moment".

Vicky says: "It was perfect, he had a plane fly over the restaurant with a banner saying will you marry me".

Ricci added: "It was the most nerve-wracking thing ever!"
