Professional dancer Katya Virshilas will not return for the next series of 'Strictly Come Dancing' the BBC has confirmed.

It is thought the Lithuanian-Canadian dancer, who has partnered Phil Tufnell, Gavin Henson, Dan Lobb and Simon Webbe during her time on the show, has been given the boot to make way for fresh talent.

All of the other professionals from last year will be returning including James Jordan, who had an on-screen fall-out with judge Craig Revel Horwood during last year's series.
