David Gandy and Kimberly Wyatt have been giving style advice at London's first ever men's fashion week.

"It's all about individuality," he said, "I just don't believe in trends".

Kimberly added: "I think it's incredible when a man takes good care of himself

"Men! Know that it's sexy to dress well...it catches the eye of the ladies!"

David and Kimberly both attended the Richard James Spring/Summer 2013 show.
