A 24-year-old from Egypt has been awarded the Guinness World Record for his 31-inch biceps.

Moustafa Ismail, who now lives in Franklin, Massachusetts, USA, has arms with a greater circumference than the average human head!

Training six days a week and eating six meals a day, Moustafa says he has been "working out for the last 11 years to get muscles this big".

"I just do it to look better," he said.

"It's a great feeling to look better and feel great."

The record-holder balances a body-building lifestyle with his responsibilities as a father and the manager of a petrol station.

He hopes his newfound fame will help him to become a professional bodybuilder and plans to compete in naturally enhanced bodybuilding competitions.
