Seven couples have battled it out at an underwater kissing competition at a sea world in China's Hubei Province.

Marking the country's Valentine's Day, they all stood on the bottom of an aquarium, seeing who could kiss for the longest.

"It is an unforgettable memory for us to spend the festival by participating in the underwater kiss competition," said one half of the award-winning couple.

The winners were given an annual visitor's pass to the sea world.
