The man who puts his tongue in mouse traps

Report by Poppy Jamie

The Monsters of Shlock, a two-man stunt act, claim they feel no pain and to demonstrate this, they release mouse traps on their tongues.

In addition to putting lethal traps on sensitive body parts, they also staple paper to their cheeks.

The performers are part of the Royal Family of Strange People, who are a unique collection of some of the world's most fascinating human oddities.

The Royal Family of Strange People are currently performing at Priceless London Wonderground on London's Southbank in the Spiegeltent until September 20.

The show is hosted by Australian sword-swallowing legend and eleven-times Guinness World Record holder, The Space Cowboy.
