A man who has surgically changed his tongue to be like a lizard has also learnt to hammer a nail into his nose.

The performer, who calls himself the Lizard Man, is part of the Royal Family of Strange People, who are a unique collection of some of the world's most fascinating human oddities.

The show is hosted by Australian sword swallowing legend and eleven times Guinness World Record holder, The Space Cowboy.

The Royal Family of Strange People are currently performing Priceless London Wonderground on London's Southbank in the Spiegeltent until September 20.
