A rare white rhinoceros has been born at a zoo in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv.

The 20-year-old mother, named Tanda, weighs two tonnes and comes from South Africa.

Her pregnancy lasted for a year and half and this is her third offspring.

She has already given birth once at the zoo, where she has been for around six years.
