Herd of 5,000 ducks disrupt morning commute in China

A farmer in east China's Zhejiang province brought a street to a standstill on Sunday, as he herded an army of 5,000 ducks to a pond for feeding.

The farmer, together with a colleague, manoeuvred the birds across the street using just a cane, with photos showing the birds negotiating their way past traffic.

According to reports, he claims not to have lost a single duck during similar migrations over the past six months.
